What is the communivations and model of your computer? How satisfied are you with this reply? This error is caused by miscommunication between the motherboard chipset and the graphics card. It has to do with your video card driver.

Having trouble finding the right driver? In windows 7 you can usually go to the AMD site and download the latest drivers and it takes care of it. If you uninstall everything what does it say in device manager for the chipset driver?
